Pathetic customer after-service
Terrible customer after-service . Mattress still under service warranty , is relatively new and is faulty yet they make no effort despite following up with them endlessly for over 2 months Mattress makes so much of noise that it wakes the child up , despite child sleeping in the cot.
Highly frustrated, and disappointed with this company. Can't even sleep in peace and comfort due to the issue!

Also, please look into the matter- it cannot be that there is only one efficient employee who is of actual assistance to us. I'd like to commend Adiel for his assistance and coming through. Two entire months of dealing with your other *********** staff wasted so much of time unnecessarily. Until we came into contact with Adiel, who is the only person in the entire company that is willing to do his job and go beyond the extra mile.
Also, Sealy needs to up their communication with you'll and their quality because the future of sleep is definitely not here.
