This is a focused group. Wow!! I have never experienced such care as a customer from such a big business. Jan Bothma had the most patience with me when I was trying to figure out the best type of bed for me and then gave me timely advice on decisions I had to make with changes in my order. Katlego Shomang, a branch manager at the Randburg branch (From which my order would be delivered), gave me the best service throughout the delivery process. Kept me updated and even upgraded my package when I had to decide on a few adjustments to my original order. I'm very very impressed with the level of service from these okes. Truly commendable.
