Outstanding Customer Services

After 2 weeks of a struggle and extremely poor service received from a local supplier we were now left in crises mode for a new bed. Nadine was a super star from the beginning. I told her what we were looking for and our budget - she gave us a few options and we found the perfect bed for our needs. The team from the Bellville warehouse(Grant) really went way up and beyond in order that we could receive our bed within 3 days (website says 5 - 7 working days) Nadine kept us in the loop the entire time until the bed arrived. I really like to thank everyone involved in making our purchase as fast as possible. It is a breath of fresh to actually receive customer services and people getting back to you. I definitely highly recommend the Mattress Warehouse.
