Out of stock, Now it's my problem.

I am seriously writing this out of pure frustration at this moment. On 23 April 2024 I placed an order for a Double bed base, four pillows and an inner. The pillows and inner were out of stock, but the base was delivered to me that Friday. Until now, I don't have a definite answer with regards to the rest of my order. Now I am being told it takes 7 - 10 working days for out of stock to arrive. Tomorrow the 7th of May will be the 10 day and I know for a fact I still won't have my order by then. This is absolutely ridiculous. .Order TMW-O-458482 seriously can't take this long. Your Boksburg branch is very relaxed about this and I am not a happy customer.
