No refunds from matress warehouse

Don't ever buy from this company in your life. Ordered a king size sealy from them for 15k before the lockdown. Asked bonnie if they will deliver they told me it would be. Now they are open at lv4 and can deliver but only thing is they can't deliver in an other province. Weird that all my couriers that I use do. So now I asked for a refund. Guess what management stopped all refunds. So now I have to wait maybe till next year for a bed if they still exist next year while management spends my money.
