No happy

We bought a mattress a few months ago and I found it was really hard and my back was very sore. I then bought one of those top mattresses and after trying that for a few months, my back was still very sore. Even when I lie on my side i still have pain. I have sent another complaint email to them in the 22 July and still no reply or even a call. I would rather go to a physical shop and purchase a bed.
