No Follow up after almost 2 Months

<p>I am so utterly dissapointed in this company. I hav been following up with them since 3 November on a replacement bed. Not a single email, or phone call from them. Everytime I follow up I get promised someone will get back to me, which never happens. Follow up in October, follow up 3 Nov, follow up 25 Nov....yet no feedback. I cannot begin to express my frustration with this matter, nor how sad I am at your lack of feedback.</p>
