No delivery, No refund

I ordered and paid online for a bed on 14/09/2017. The next day I received a call from Mattress Warehouse saying they dont have stock of the mattress I paid for but that they would like to sell me another mattress. I refused and asked for a refund. The lady advised that someone would call me for the refund. Nobody called me back so i contacted them on 19/09/2017 and Bonnie requested my bank details for the refund which i provided the next day. More than 2 weeks later, I have still not received the refund. I would also discourage other potential customers from purchasing from Mattress Warehouse. It seems their price and stock indication on their website is a hoax and only intended to create a sales lead.
