Nightmare
In April 2024, I was instructed to order an extra-length bed base, which, after significant delays, was finally delivered. On February 3rd of this year, I reported to the branch that the base had broken. I promptly sent photos of the damage as requested and followed up with a detailed email.
On February 11th, I received confirmation that the supplier agreed to replace the foot end of the bed, with a timeline of 7 to 10 business days for delivery. However, after numerous phone calls—none of which were returned—and multiple emails, I was finally informed that the new foot end would be delivered on Friday, March 7th, already a week beyond the promised timeframe.
Furthermore, I did not receive a call to confirm the expected delivery time, despite my request for at least 15 minutes’ notice to ensure I could be at my employer's home to supervise the delivery. When the delivery team arrived, they did not have all the necessary parts, preventing the repair from being completed.
Now, I am told by the main customer care line that I may have to wait until next week for a resolution. I was even questioned about the urgency of the situation. I have requested contact information for a branch manager but have encountered resistance from the customer care consultant. This entire experience has been unacceptable. I expect prompt action and a resolution to this matter without further delay.
