Mattress warehouse Terrible Service

I purchased a double bed mattress Online. 2 weeks later still no delivery even though a delivery date was promised earlier. When I called after several unanswered email attempts, I was promised another mattress. I was charged an additional fee for a “better” mattress. I asked for an invoice so I could EFT as I was traveling. The next day the delivery came and they demander cash which my staff did not have. I then phoned and reiterated that they should have sent me the invoice for payment. The refused. After much discussion I then learned that the new mattress they wanted to give me had a maximum weight of 50kg!! So much for a better mattress. All in all bad or no service. Bad advice. They did however refund me 2 weeks later.
