Mattress Warehouse *****ing my money.

Terrible service! The transaction was done online after 3 day's I still haven't heard anything from them. So I inquired, a week later it was logged. Another week for them to try and arrange delivery (site showed 3-5 day delivery). When delivery did finally happen the mattress was offloaded not at my house but a Engen garage during the night in the pouring rain. The mattress was left in the rain, in the morning I was phoned to come collect my parcel by the garage. I declined and told Mattress warehouse to return the mattress and cancel my order. Now nearly 2 weeks later the order has not been canceled as per instruction and my account is being debited for a product that I do not have. I demand my my money back!
