Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service! We bought a matress online the Wednesday afternoon. The website stated that delivery would take 1-2 business days. By Friday, we have not received any feedback yet. My husband called to dind out what the delay was. The lady over the phone said that they did not have stock at the moment. My husband stated that we would like a refund, since we ordered via the website and it did not say anywhere that the matress was out of stock. The lady did not know how to react amd said she would find out what she could do and phone back. Till this day we have not received a call from them. The Saturday, my husband phoned again and this time they asked whether we made a direct payment online. (Firstly: The website directs you to your banking app where you must just approve the payment. It does not give an option to pay with immediate effect.) After my husband stated this, the lady all.of a sudden said that the payment did not go through on their side and the needed a proof of payment. (Secondly: HOW can we have an order confirmation number if the payment did not go through?) We sent the POP. After that NOTHING. It is Tuesday today and we have not received so much as a message or email..not to mention mattress! This honestly feels like an online ****ming business.
