Mattress Warehouse - Good Online Service

I have been spending the last 3-4 months looking for a mattress. It is not an easy decision, with literally hundreds of options to pick from, and considering it is a item you buy once every 10 years. You can not judge a mattress by just laying on it. Their is many considerations, size, firmness and brand being just a few. This is also a place you can not get cheep, especially if you are already in your 50s, you might find yourself spending half of the rest of your life on that bed. I believe this kind of decision you make in for steps: 1. Pick your bed size (If you upgrade the size remember you need to replace the bedding). 2. Decide on a brand of mattress (In my view it remains important to buy a local brand, their after sales service is better and the money stays in South Africa (I selected Sealy, since it has a good reputation). 3. Decide on you comfort category, plush, medium or firm (Very much determined on your sleeping style being; back, side or stomach). 4. Find the best model, again their is various designs of mattress, in this case consider reviews and features (i.e. ventilation, pocket springs and comfort zones). 5. Once you picked a model only then go shopping, I eventfully found a relatively good deal online at the Mattress Warehouse, just to get confused in terms of the cost of the base and delivery, so I started chatting to them using the online chat option.

I there met a guy named Jan (Jan Bothma) who help me find the best deal and then even arranged me some extra discount, since the deal did not fit into my budget.

Then, I paid the amount, just to find I left an item out, no problem, he send me a proforma invoice and their EFT detail. He then kept me up to date with the progress of the delivery and today I received the mattress, from Jo'burg to Stutterheim in two weeks.
