Mattress warehouse doesn’t care about the poor

This is the worst self serving,demeaning and insensitive experience I’ve ever had with a store,worse a registered one.i bought base mattress set from this company for 7000 Rand.within 24hours i realised I should’ve bought king size because the promotion was not making sense.I call to cancel order before any delivery.Then I explain I need the money urgently to buy another bed as im moving and don’t have extra money or a bed.They tell me,I will only get my money after 30days.The company only has 2people helping,I have been making endless calls for 3days when Phillip tried to call.He sounded like someone willing to help,he promised to get back to me he didn’t.Only for the manager for Polokwane branch calling and shouting at me.I don’t have a bed to sleep on and mattress warehouse is holding my money captive.Please give me back my money I need it.
