I purchased a bed from the Boksburg branch through Tyler. Unfortunately the mattress that was delivered was the incorrect one. I immediately called Tyler and he sourced a new one and made sure that they came and replaced as quickly as possible. He followed up with me regularly to keep me up to date with what was happening. Excellent service. Thank you very much.
