Mattress Warehouse Bed was my worst purchase

This must have been my worst purchase ever. Wanting a simple bed and not the exotic ones available in most mall stores, I saw a simple Bali Platform bed that looked ideal. I waited more than 3 weeks for delivery and when the bed arrived, I was told that I had to install it. That proved an impossible task because the planks had not been cured and were hopelessly warped. There was no way they would every fit together. To make matters worse, the holes in the top pieces dis not coincide with those in the bottom pieces and the dowel pieces that were supposed to connect them did not fit into the holes. When the left side fitted, the right side extended way past the bedframe! Oh, and the instruction manual was for a different bed while the allan key did not fit into the hole to tighten the *****s. The various pieces of wood were stained different colours and the central leg was black! What a mess! Of course, after two days of constantly trying to figure out how we could make it work, I immediately tried to contact the sales person. He simply does not get back to me, as if I do not exist and I now see that the management team are identified only by their first names and have no contact details. It made good firewood but I had to fork out again for a proper bed.
