Mattress never arrived, they still have my money

Ordered a mattress from their website, said it was in stock and delivered within 2 days. A week later nothing. After about 10 days I get an email saying my mattress will be ordered. Huh? I wait another week, still nothing. I email back to the address asking what is happening to my order. No response. Eventually I resort to sending emails to their care address (no response) and their Facebook messenger (finally got a response). Eventually a manager from their Cape Town store phoned me and apologised, asked me to email my bank details for a refund, which I did that day. A week later, nothing has happened yet. So it's been a month since my order, they still have my money, and I have no mattress. Clearly a very disorganised company, and not worth the effort. May as well drive to a shop and pay a little more (if you actually want a mattress, and value your cash).
