Matress Warehouse World Class Customer Service

Excellent customer service. Well impressed with all I dealt with at the Matress Warehouse and especially with Shaylin Jansen.

Ordered online and was regularly kept in the loop of what's going on. Unfortunately the mattress I ordered was out of stock and the supplier of Matress Warehouse was taking longer than usual. Matress Warehouse upgraded my order to ensure I receive a bed.

A big thank you to all the staff. One always hear about none existing customer service in SA but I have to say the service I received here was top notch!! Well done to all and keep up the good work.
