Long story short, I needed a new bed as my bed was hurting my body. Went on the internet and started looking for beds however all the beds I liked was out of stock and I was told that the delivery fee from Cape Town will be R2500-00 anyway. I was disappointed and closed the internet. The next morning I received a call from Bonny at The Mattress Warehouse head office in Johannesburg, I told her what I need, Bonny also told me that the delivery can never be so much. She sent me an email with two different beds that was in my price range and gave me all the information I needed to know. I then ordered the bed and the delivery was going to take 10 days. To my surprise Nono from Port Elizabeth phoned me on 29 March 2019 and tole me that they will be delivering today. This was fantastic and I slept like a baby last night. I just want to thank Bonny and Nono and the driver from PE for there wonderful service. I really appreciate it. Elaine Haasbroek
