Long Overdue Delivery

I placed an order for 2 mattresses on the 14 June 2020 and exactly 4 weeks later, still no delivery. I call the store every week and each time I am told I should expect the mattress to be delivered the following week. I asked for a refund finally yesterday 14 July 2020, and I hope it won't take another 4 weeks to return my money. First time buying there and I am so disappointed.
