Lack of communication and poor customer service

We have had the worst experience with The Mattress Warehouse. We ordered a bed base and it was delivered with the wrong materials to assemble it. We were then promised that the correct materials would be delivered on the same day. 7 phone calls and 24 hours later we still do not have the correct materials. We were promised that it would arrive today at a certain time, which has also come and gone with zero communication from their side. We would not recommend them at all!!
