Kooi face masks from The Mattress Warehouse

On 27/04/2020 i ordered 10 Kooi washable face masks at R790 - i made a once off payment and when i realised i used the wrong reference made another payment- i informed Zaani from The Mattress Warehouse and said as it's my mistake i would accept two batches of 10 Kooi face masks - eventually received my order but only 10 masks! The quality is absolutely atrocious, all different sizes and all skew - and that at R79 a mask!! I have send numerous Emails and SMS messages but have had no response- this is the biggest ******* ever, extremely dissatisfied!!
