Keeping the customer happy (Charnelle Pillay)
Good day
I bought a bed for my mom. I am in Gauteng and she is based in Port Elizabeth. Initially I had mixed emotions with regards to the product and the process(miscommunication). However once I e-mailed Chantelle Pillay to ask about it, she re-assured me that all is order and we made a good purchase.
It is not often that consultants would guide and direct you to make the best choice. Usually it is all about making a sale and not about making the customer happy. Thank you Charnelle for proving me wrong. We received great service and so far my mom is happy with her bed.
Ps. It definitely helps when a consultant knows his/her products and has the customers best interest at heart.
