Keeping Service Alive in SA

I spent many a night fretting over the fact that my mattress was causing much back pain and discomfort but moreover the fact that brands that one could previously trust, just aren't trustworthy any longer and wasn't sure how to go about making a sound decision on such a pivotal household item that costs an arm and a leg. After hours of research, I finally found the one I wanted and purchased it through The Mattress Warehouse, of course it was over the seasonal break and manufacturers were closed for some time, however my needs and concerns were addressed by a very professional and friendly Tokyo, who not only suggested another brand but upgraded my order to a better quality product. Just like that delivery took place the very next day and I was greeted by two very friendly and efficient staff members, Lebo and Dennis, who went above and beyond to ensure that my brand new bed was delivered with care, set up and all the packaging removed and taken off the premises. It's still early days but I am super happy with my Serta base and mattress and have had comfortable, sound sleep for a few nights, thank you Mattress Warehouse.
