Katlego Randburg Bad service online order

Pathetic service from Katlego at the Randburg Branch who is a manager there. Ordered matresses online and heard nothing from them a week later. I called to follow up and was told the matresses would be coming from the Randburg store and was referred there. This Katlego person promised to get back to me and did not. I would call daily and be told he is busy and be put on hold. He has no regard for customers. At this point I want my money back because clearly there's no service for online orders and delivery does not take place within the promised time!
