In this time a seriously bad customer service, Jeff at Mattress Warehouse has restored my faith! They did not have the mattress that I ordered online in stock, but he offered me one up that cost more, for the same price. I have a small car, so I said that I would arrange collection the next day. He offered to deliver that same day free of charge. That's what it's about Jeff. The next time I or anyone I know needs a mattress, I will be pointing them in your direction.
