Jan Bothman was INCREDIBLE. I ordered online for a friend who had just undergone back surgery; living rather remotely. Jan was able to assist in absolute record time with compassion and understanding - what he said he would do, he did. Hard to find that level of commitment and ability to follow through. The bed has arrived and she couldn't be happier; a seamless process and the best end result!
