It was a good experience: helpful service when sourcing a mattress and pillows, followed by a pleasant delivery interaction. Victor and Mbo, from Durban North, alerted me that they would be making a delivery. They called when they were leaving and called when they arrived. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. That stood out in these times when good service is not guaranteed. It was a satisfying experience.
