Information not correct on ordering

<p>I was so excited on Monday 29 May 2017 to find a place that one can buy a bed from online and have it delivered since my son decided that his single must be donated to charity (done on Monday) since he will have a new bed on Wednesday (3 days to delivery). After asking when i will receive the bed for which i already made payment i got this :</p> <p>Good Afternoon<br /> <br />I have received your payment thank you very much I am currently just awaiting for it to clear in our account.<br />I have in the interim put your sales order together so that as soon as your payment reflects I may proceed with your order.<br />I thank you once again for placing your order with us.<br />Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to my colleague Maxwell or myself.<br />Maxwell - ********** <br />Krystal - ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>This was all on Monday, I waited until Mid day Tuesday and when i did not get a response i emailed:</p> <p>Good Afternoon</p> <p>Please can you give me an update on my order as i need to be home when the bed gets delivered.</p> <p>It is now 13:21 on May 31st 2017 and i had to phone in just to find out that they do not have the stock. Why not show when one order that there is no stock in that particular bed and you will have to wait X amount of time, why avoid or ignore the customer who have made payment instead of just letting them know asap. This is ridiculous, i am not happy about this senario at all. Wish i just rather took off some time from work to go shop and buy a bed on the spot instead of relying on a company which clearly doesnt make an effort with their clients.</p> <p>Not happy at all</p>
