Inept administration
<p>Requested a bed for delivery on Monday 29th (next week) and was assured by their sales person that it was available for delivery on Monday 29th May (next week). Ordered the bed from them 3 days ago and paid for it by EFT 2 days ago. Sent them the EFT proof and never heard anything from them. Called them today and the sales person I spoke to said they were still waiting for the payment. Resent the proof of payment to him and he said that there is no stock so I will have to wait another 4-5 days. I asked for a refund so that I can purchase the bed from another store but the sales person would not cooperate. I asked to speak to the manager but the manager was busy and has not called me back. Is this what we have to get used to as customers? Beware of this company!</p>
I am impressed by this company's management team and also the sales person who assisted me. Sandy, the Manager, went out of her way to resolve the problem to my satisfaction and Gift, the person who initially assisted me called to ensure that I was happy. The company offered to upgrade me to a better bed and deliver it on Monday at the same price I initially paid. I could not ask for better service.
