Incorrect Information Given

<p>I purchased a bed online through Mattress Warehouse and when I phoned to ask about the firmness of the bed they said it was a medium firmness. Then they advertised that it takes 3 to 5 days for delivery and it took more than that and I had to phone them continously as they never return calls. They also did not state when I spoke to them that the 100 day sleep policy means you can only upgrade the bed and not get a refund. Now I am stuck with a very firm bed that I canno't sleep on as they **** about firmness. Their excuse is it will get softer with time, but I have spoken to a few bedding places since then who said that is not true. Also they advertised that this bed is marked down by R2000.00 but yesterday one of the bedding places told me they sell it for R2700.00 normal priced so I was **********. I would suggest that you never buy a bed from mattress warehouse online. I am very unhappy</p>
