Sboniso Faya ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SERVICE! He has helped me choose 2 bed sets over the phone, which I find amazing without testing the bed in store, his knowledge is impeccable, I have tried 2 other consultants and was left more confused. Sboniso has given so much of information not only about purchasing but also about after sale service,and alot of tips on how to care for the mattress which will leave us happy for a very long time! He has a clear view and understanding of what a customer needs are! His detailed,follows up, and the fact that he knows what bed is best suited for my 6 year old is beyond impressive! I will definitely recommend the mattress warehouse to family and friends, because of Sboniso Faya!
