Impeccable service

Good day. I recently bought a double bed mattress online from The Mattress Warehouse. They notified me by mail that they will inform me when they will deliver the mattress since they were waiting for stock for that specific special. A few working days later they rep**** and without any queries or requests from my side they informed me that they will give us the next, more expensive and better quality mattress of that brand, without any additional charge.

They were prepared to go the extra mile without needing push. Great service.
