Impeccable service

I bought a double bed mattress online. They contacted me via mail to inform me they will notify me regarding the delivery. Unfortunately they struggled to get stock of the mattress I've ordered and without any comments or requests from my side they said they will deliver the next higher quality/expensive mattress in that range without any additional charge simply because they do want to deliver within the amount of working days they state on their website.

They were prepare to walk the extra mile without even needing a push. Great service.

On top of that they had the best prices and delivery was free which is one of the main reasons I've decided to buy the mattress from them in the first place.
