Ignores requests for refund.

Delivered a mattress which turned out to be bigger than anticipated. Was swapped out for a better size, and down-scaled from queen to double. In order to cover the difference in price, I was offered some linen, which I accepted. Needless to say the linen never arrived. Eventually I managed to get a credit note issued and requested a refund, which the company, after several months has yet to action. I dare say the credit note is useless.
