I would like to write a review about The Mattress Warehouse more specifically about Afzal A.K. Wow! What phenomenal service. He gives me hope for all customer service in South Africa. I wrote an email complaining about our matttress and within hours A.K not only emailed me back but called me. He was so courteous and understanding. He followed up repeatedly to ensure I felt taken care of- he honestly went above and beyond his required services. I will definitely purchase from Matttess warehouse again- because AK went to the extreme to rectify the issue.
