I would like to write a review about The Mattress Warehouse, I ordered a cloud nine mattress online and was shortly contacted by the Durban store, Luelle phoned to confirm my mattress was the right product for me, which I think is great customer service, she also confirmed my delivery address and said it would take 2 days, which is also delightful. Today Victor and Mbu called me to ensure I was home and called again 1/2 hr before delivery, mattress and protector promptly put inside and happy me!!
