I would like to write a review about The Mattress Warehouse. I had excellent service from the Durban branch salesman Sboniso who was extremely helpful in contacting me after placing my order online. He gave us the full rundown of everything that we needed to know including a description of the bed that we ordered. He also fast tracked our order when we needed the bed sooner than expected. We are expecting delivery tomorrow but so far our experience has been 10/10, a welcome respite after having issues with multiple other companies. Would highly recommend Mattress Warehouse and Sboniso!
