I was serviced by Zonke Lwana who was BRILLIANT from the start keeping me informed on the status of my order from the start to the end, refreshing in this day & age when service providers rarely give clients feedback once monies have been paid... the drivers delivering the bedset, Victor and Sbongseni were very helpful & cheerful, what an excellent service all round - highly recommend Umhlanga/Durban Matress Warehouse - customer service excellence is outstanding!
