He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about his products. I had left the matter of ordering it a bit late, but he assured me that the mattress would be delivered by that Friday. He kept in contact throughout the week, and the mattress was delivered as promised by that Friday afternoon. I was very impressed by his service and can highly recommend him and Mattress Warehouse.
