I search the internet high and low for affordable, good quality Mattresses. I stumbled upon Mattress Warehouse and I orginally bought them because the site was SO easy to navigate and purchase. Absolutely seamless! Following my purchase, I was contacted by Afzal Abdul Khader (better known as A.K). What a NICE man! He was kind and friendly and gave me a step by step of how the process of delivery or collection works. I opted for collection and collected the very next day after purchase. 2 weeks later, I needed a bunk bed. I didn't realize that I could buy a bunk at Mattress Warehouse and again, searched the internet high and low. I emailed MANY a bed shop and no one bothered to get back to me. In error I messaged A.K and he called me immediately and let me know that they sold beds. He assured me that if I make payment ASAP, I could get my boys Christmas present delivered before Christmas. Although he was nervous about the deadline, he was adamant that he would be everything he could! Well, he pulled through. I will have my bed before Christmas and my boys Christmas present is SAVED!!!
