I recently purchased 2 King size mattresses and unfortunately after just 16days they both started indenting. I phoned The Mattress Warehouse, as I had also purchased 2 mattress protectors so qualified for the 100 day sleep trial, to explain the situation. Zonke Lwana answered the call and from the start she was polite, professional and very helpful. She was empathetic to the investment I’d made into what I’d hoped would be a good one with the amount of money I spent on the mattresses. She quickly and efficiently arranged for my photos to be sent to the supplier and for the supplier to contact me. The supplier agreed to exchange/return the mattresses and Zonke followed up and issued me the credit note. I highly recommend Zonke Lwana, she really is excellent at customer service. Thank you Zonke!
