I purchased a wooden bed from the mattress warehouse, unfortunately it broke in transit but was not home to see it. I mailed for it to be exchanged and AK assisted me all throughout the process. He was very helpful, informative and pleasant. My exchange got delivered sooner than expected and AK contacted me to let know. He has excellent customer service.
