I purchased a mattress from The Mattress Warehouse in Durban North in March 2024

I purchased a mattress from The Mattress Warehouse in Durban North in March 2024. Unfortunately, in January this year some springs started to poke through the side of the mattress. I would like to complement Mthobisi and the rest of the staff for the great way that they handled my complaint. Our mattress was still in the 12 month guarantee period, and I have now received a brand new replacement mattress. I am very happy. Also, Victor and Mboh who delivered the replacement mattress were awesome. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely shop at The Mattress Warehouse in Durban North again.
