I purchased a bed online. A day later, a gentleman by the name of Sboniso Faya from Mattress Warehouse called me. He made sure that my choice of bed matched my needs. I had totally neglected those specifics. He patiently guided my choice, and we had to do amendments on my order. I am impressed with the great service I received.
