I ordered a bed online after visiting the Durban branch. The salesman was friendly and helpful. He could improve on his response time in terms of returning emails and phone calls but overall I was happy with the service. Love the bed and I received my order within three weeks, as promised. The delivery team, Victor and Mbo were very efficient, friendly and helpful. They stayed in communication with me the whole time and delivered the bed timeously. They helped set up and answered all our questions and only left once we were all done. They are an asset to the company.
