I had such a pleasant experience at Mattress Warehouse - thanks to Sboniso Faya. Wena nje!🙏🏾🙏🏾 A warm and professional gent who was patient with all my questions when I initially bought the Seally Mattress. Even when I reached out days later to have my mattress sorted ( as stitches were unraveling), he got in touch with Seally on my behalf and kept me updated with the expected process. I have since received my new mattress! Even that exchange was without hiccups and not once did I neglected. Timelines were explained and delivery was well within. The drivers ( Makhoba and Mhlongo) were also friendly and professional. Thanks guys!
