I had ordered a base and mattress from the shop, but the mattress was out of stock and would take close to 2 weeks to being delivered. However Jackie Manamela from the Boksburg branch, worked her magic and I got a mattress upgrade which was delivered on time and the base was even assembled for me. Such great customer service overall
