I guess I am still old school

If there is one thing in this life I hate more than anything else, it's lying. I understand when things go wrong. Life happens. No company can satisfy the needs of every customer. There will always be an exception. When you pay for something you expect to receive the correct item and with it, receive a service from the company. Maybe it's just me, but lately I feel like most businesses care more about their money than providing a genuine service to a customer. If an item is missing or there is a delay somewhere in the supply chain, then tell it to the customer as opposed to lying to them and feeding them bull**** information just to avoid a confrontation. I would rather hear the truth. I will be angry, but I won't be as ****ed off as when I find out that I have been **** to.

I order a Bed base and Mattress in March and was told I would receive it in two weeks time. Two weeks later, I received a phone call from a sales consultant to schedule the delivery of my goods during the week of the 22nd Of March. Things where looking good. A week passed and I haven't received my goods. No communication from the store to inform me about the delay in my delivery. I contacted support the next Monday, only to find out that the bed base is missing some parts and will only be delivered in two weeks time. So my question is this: Why would a sales consultant phone me to schedule the delivery when there is nothing to deliver? Is your company's communication that bad or did I fall for one of your lies?

I don't know how you have survived this long with your out of date e-commerce business. There are many areas that you are lacking in, but the biggest one is your customer service.

I finally recieved my goods, and I know many people on here are in a worst predicament than me, but I thought I would express my feelings and frustration about this company. From me, this was the first and the last time that I ordered something from you guys. I guess I am still old school for believing in honesty and respect.
