I dont know much about beds and going into the Mattress Warehouse Durban, my partner and I had initially just gone in to buy a base but we were assisted by Sboniso Faya who had a world of knowldge about beds, comfortability level and quality. He took in all our questions and was really easy to talk to and to listen to. He made us realise the importance of good sleep and that is why we ended up making a purchase of a whole new bed set because of information he provided us. In all honesty, I will forever be grateful to have been given so much information and also been advised to invest in good sleep. His customer service was excellent, patient and consistent.
